Empower Analytics

The Council for Opportunity in Education (COE) saw a clear need in the TRIO community: programs were spending too much time buried in spreadsheets and paperwork, and not enough time with the students they serve. That’s why, five years ago, COE took action—building the first version of Empower, a student management system made specifically for TRIO professionals. Years of hands-on use and user feedback showed we could do even better. The original Empower helped, but TRIO programs needed streamlined data entry, smarter reporting, and a more intuitive interface to spend less time on software and more time with students. Today, the new Empower is rebuilt from the ground up — faster, smarter, and designed around the real needs of TRIO staff, helping programs stay compliant while gathering insights that support student success.
