Eiger is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of targeted therapies for serious diseases with an unmet need. All five Eiger rare disease programs have been granted FDA breakthrough therapy designation. Eiger's lead clinical programs are focused on the development of innovative therapies to treat and cure hepatitis delta virus (HDV) infection, the most serious and rapidly progressive form of viral hepatitis.
