They say experience is the best teacher and that is how we started with EAT (EAT Anytime) Life, as we know it, is not easy but at the same time, it is busy. Out in the big big world trying to make our mark, and fulfill our dreams we work hard and struggle daily. Me and my friend were two such people toiling day and night, often forgetting to eat on time, skipping our meals, and bingeing on junk. Before we realized we were sustaining ourselves on the junk food easily found at the stretch of the hand in every nook and corner of Mumbai. Soon we began to feel the ill effects of all the junk we lived on. We were fatigued, irksome, sluggish, and unable to focus on things important to us. That is when my wife, a nutritionist, took matters into her own hands. She made these wonderful bars from oats, other natural ingredients, and wonder seeds. I started carrying them around with me, they were delightful and yummy and most importantly full of flavor they became our (me and my friend) saviour and most importantly kept us healthy and wise. We received a gift of health in that little power-packed bar. A treasure we decided to share with all. Thus evolved Eat Any Time (EAT) BARS, so that health was available for all, at all times simply by EATing!
