History Dorset was founded in 2010, while our founding partner, Ricardo Maluf, was involved in the structuring of private equity transactions in London. At that time, he received an offer to lead the process to professionalization of a Brazilian Family owned business with 500 employees in a highly complex environment. Back in Brazil, Ricardo started supporting business owners on their sustainable growth as well as investment plans through international practices. Earning quick recognition and praise from our clients, we started to prepare ourselves for the firm’s growth, with the formation of our specialized team of professionals in 2013, and the entrance of Flávio Ito as a partner in this same year. We moved to our current office in September 2014.and in 2015 we should announce our partnership with one of the top fastfood worldwide chain for Brasil.
