Cyc is the music-driven, high-energy, indoor cycling experience designed to work your body and mind. We're the workout for everybody. Maybe you're cycling obsessed, or maybe you've never been on a bike. At Cyc, you can get that luxury indoor cycling experience you love (or soon will) without breaking the bank. The question isn't if you're riding, it's when you're riding. Our skilled Cycologists and their killer playlists guide you through a 45-minute ride that we like to call a dance party. Forget competition. We're all in pursuit of the beat. At Cyc, we believe in everything in moderation. Sweating once a day, but enjoying a bowl of ice cream for dessert (and not feeling bad about it). Drinking plenty of water, and coffee too. Making athleisure our daily dress code, but slipping on a pair of heels when we feel like it. We're driven, fitness-minded individuals who work hard, and play hard too. We put our minds and our bodies first, and love what we do.
