When organizations are not fully healthy or whole, there is a real cost. Silos, politics, unnecessary turnover, confusion. Not to mention the actual human effect. There is pain that comes from working for unhealthy organizations. We have all experienced it. CCG provides coaching and consultation on leadership and employee development, team work and overall organizational health in Western Washington. You are already an expert in your field which is why you are leading a team or organization in that industry. Unfortunately, organizational health is largely not taught or only learned through difficult personal experience. Allow me the honor and privilege to help you make your team or organization more healthy so that you can you make an even bigger impact on not only the people you serve through your organization but just as importantly, the people you lead.
