Our company was founded by André Homulenko, an ex-consultant and experienced coach with a vast background in consulting. Together with other coaches who are still working in consulting, our team has already helped 590+ clients to get multiple offers (our clients usually get more than one offer) from the top consulting companies all over the world in North America (US & Canada), Western (UK, France, Benelux), Central (DACH region - Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Eastern (Poland, Ukraine) Europe, Nordics (Danemark, Sweden), Russia, Middle East (Dubai, KSA, Qatar, Lebanon) and Asia (China, Singapore, South Korea).
André is a former senior manager with 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting and industry. He delivered 30+ engagements in 10+ countries, made a “fast track” career while being promoted from consultant to acting project manager in just 2.5 years (while his peers took 5-6 years to do the same), and helped to select candidates for recruiting purposes in Europe and the Middle East.
Most recently we doubled our team size to accomodate the increasing demand for our services and to deliver the best results for You.
