PREPARING YOU FOR THE CHALLENGES OF TOMORROW! Compass is the Nordic alternative to recruitment and HR. We believe in dialogue and personal encounters, not in one-size-fits-all. Our commitment to you puts a healthy pressure on us, but in our mind pressure is a privilege. At Compass, we have helped companies acquire candidates to strengthen their business and our proven track record allows us to prepare you for the challenges of tomorrow. Compass has been a major player in executive search, manager and specialist recruitment, assessment, and HR services in the Nordic for more than 30 years and our experience counts well beyond 100.000 interviews across many industries. We work primarily within these industries: Life Sciences and Healthcare, Industrial and Construction, Financial Services, Information and Communication Technology, Consumer Products as well as Public and Non-governmental Organisations. We have offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and the United Kingdom, and our clients are some of the most renowned multinational corporations – as well as SMEs, family owned businesses and organisations.
