We work on three fronts:
1) Lead. Build the AI compute economy in Colorado, end to end. The state can make the chips AI runs on, power them with renewable energy, and invent what comes next.
2) Govern. Put AI to work across state government on a public timeline, for faster services, lower costs, and less waste.
3) Protect. Hold AI to the same standard we hold ourselves, so when AI products harm Coloradans, the state can act.
