Established by two brothers, Mike and Tim South, Caselton Clark was founded due to its co-founders' frustrations and experiences as hiring managers. Finding a recruitment provider that truly understood their requirements and could deliver suitably qualified and experienced talent was impossible.
Mike and Tim found that they ended up recruiting most of their roles directly themselves. When asked how they had managed it by external colleagues, the concept of Caselton Clark was born.
