CasaOtero is a Nordic boutique real estate & design firm based in Marbella, with a great passion for designing unique homes in great locations, as well as guiding and advising our hand picked clients in the process of finding their dream home or vacation house.
Everything started 8 years ago when the founder Kasper Otero and his wife and children decided to move to Marbella and bought their first house. Even if his wife spoke fluent Spanish the process to create their forever home was let’s say challenging. Soon his friends and family came to visit, they also fell in love with Costa del Sol and started to ask Kasper for help in finding a property in Marbella, he felt a pleasure in helping his friends ease the challenge when buying a property and as you say the rest is history.
Now the business has grown and consist out of a group of friends and family who helps hand-picked clients in the process of buying and designing their forever home or vacations house on the Costa Del Sol, as a bonus their community of friends is growing.
The business also includes the lovely farmhouse www.lavillamagdalena.com/ in Ronda, Villa Magdalena is the perfect location to enjoy some good times with friends and family. Either during the day or celebrate special occasions like weddings, special birthdays or your corporate event
