We are the startup behind the platform CareerLunch.com and we believe that the most authentic way to experience companies is through their people. Our purpose is to inspire fulfilling careers through authentic connections, for we envision a world where everyone finds fulfilment in their career. Therefore, we consider it our daily duty to connect top talent to top companies. Our HR-tech startup was founded in summer 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. At the core, we developed a scalable platform that matches talents with potential employers to connect over informal lunches or virtual coffee chats. This way, talents get authentic insights from employees, grow their professional network, and find the right employer. Whilst companies make their employer brand and culture more tangible, grow their talent communities, and find the right talent.
