The use of new advanced materials like SiGe is creating new challenges for the semiconductor industry. With our unique microHALL® tools we can help customers find the optimal process settings and monitor the production by direct measurements of Sheet Resistance, Hall Mobility, and Active Carrier Density on product wafers.
