Calla Lily Clinical Care is a British medical device startup developing Callavid®: a leak-free, convenient and dosage-confident delivery platform for vaginally-delivered drugs. Callavid® can also deliver menopausal treatments, targeted cancer treatments, and live biotherapeutics (LBPs) cutting antibiotic usage and reducing the spread of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). For pharmaceutical partners, Callavid® offers a differentiated drug delivery modality for pipeline drugs, and a means of extending the lifecycle of established assets including off-patent therapeutics. Our patented technology has received FDA clearance and was named one of TIME magazine’s Best Inventions of the Year.
