A walk/run club changing the narrative of health and wellness in predominantly Latino neighborhoods of Milwaukee, WI. Utilizing walking/running as one of the many tools that can be used to focus on shifting the mindset of how to live our life and find that work life balance between building generational wealth and health. There is NO cost to participating on our runs for Wednesday and Sunday. We meet every Wednesday, 6 PM at Zocalo Food Park and every Sunday, 9 AM at La Finca Coffeehouse.
