Bottleneck Capital is a “By Founders, For Founders” credit fund focused on creating flexible lending structures for financing inventory that are less costly than alternative debt, less dilutive than equity financing, and less hassle than both. We wanted to create an inventory financing option that, had it been available during our operating days (prior to aquisitions) would’ve saved significant time, hassle, money, and dilution. What if your lender actually is a founder/operator in your space who “gets it”? That’s us! Our mission is to bridge founders to profitability, exit, and/or qualify for institutional financing all while retaining significantly more equity.
