At Blackwood, we know that nothing brings people together like great food. Especially BBQ – it feeds the soul like no other. We honor the joy that BBQ brings by pouring our heart into all that we do. It’s starting with the best ingredients and working hard on your meal. Our meats spend fifteen hours in the smoker. We’re working on the meal you’ll have for lunch tomorrow before you’ve even gone to bed. It’s sourcing from the best partners, so that we know what we’re getting and what we are serving you. It’s creating our dishes from scratch - starting with fresh, whole vegetables and proteins. Even our mac and cheese takes hours to create. Crazy? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely. We do it this way because we love it. We do it this way, so that you’ll love it. It’s serving a purpose bigger than BBQ. One that’s even more satisfying. It’s serving the greater good with our One Feeds Two initiative. For every meal eaten at Blackwood BBQ, we donate a nutritious school meal to children living in some of the poorest places in the world. We’re trying to use hunger to help end hunger. Finally, it’s working with people who share our love for BBQ and serving others. And making Blackwood a place where our entire team can grow, develop and succeed. We are always growing our team and are looking for people who are equally as excited as we are to create delicious food, build a wonderful experience in our stores and grow a fun business in the process.
