Blackwatch Ventures is a venture capital manager, based in London and Valletta, investing in early stage (Seed and Series A) technology companies across public safety, homeland security, intelligence, defence, and cyber security. The Blackwatch SECURE Fund (B-SECURE) focuses on dual-use technologies that help to protect and promote security, with a geographic focus on founders from NATO member countries plus Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, and Ukraine.
