Black Women Investors (BWI) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating opportunities, providing resources, and fostering a supportive community for Black women aspiring to excel in private equity and venture capital.

1. Increase Representation: Work towards increasing the representation of Black women in private equity and venture capital by providing support and resources to help them enter and advance within these fields
2. Skill Development: Offer tailored training, mentorship, and skill-building programs to equip Black women with the knowledge and expertise necessary to succeed in private equity and venture capital
3. Networking and Community Building: Facilitate networking opportunities, mentorship circles, and community events to connect Black women professionals in private equity and venture capital, fostering a supportive ecosystem for collaboration and growth
