Our ambition is to build the new generation of Romanian business leaders. The fast-track executive program has been designed to help ambitious entrepreneurs and managers take their careers to the next level. Beyond Business School launched in September 2023. Its co-founders are the entrepreneur and community builder Andra Ghibuțiu and serial entrepreneur Grégoire Vigroux. The school’s fast-track executive program lasts 10 weekends. The first cohort started on January 12, 2024, ending on March 31, 2024. Next cohort will start on January 10, 2025, lasting until March 29, 2025. Beyond Business School is more than a school of management. It has been built, at its core, to become a strong and influential alumni community: "the beyonders." The business school’s motto is "Work hard. Network harder."
