About us Baxfield is business advisory and leadership consulting practice established to support leadership teams to navigate their business challenges and provides access to a specialist network of trusted experts. Our founder, Kalpesh Baxi has over 25 years experience working with a portfolio of companies from start-up, high growth, through to enterprise as an employee, board member, advisor, NED, and coach/mentor. During this time, he has built an incredible network across finance, hr, marketing, operations, legal and sales who can solve most challenges a company faces.
