BALTIK VAIRAS – the largest bicycle and e-bikes manufacturer in the North Europe.
Operating since 1948, the company exports top-quality bicycles all over Europe. Having manufacturing capacity of 7 lines, produces 1700 different models for more than 50 European private label brands and is able to deliver up to 550 000 bicycles per year.

BALTIK VAIRAS bicycles are exported to 14 different countries: mostly to Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, and Sweden.
Every bike is designed following the very specific needs of the customer. We use the newest quality-standards, parts and components. And offer a possibility to develop exclusive components.
Design & Development is important and recognized competence within BALTIK VAIRAS. Experienced, English and German speaking designers and developers in Lithuania and also in Germany (BV-Cycles GmbH) adjust customers’ needs and orders for the efficient manufacturing.
High quality and productivity are achieved by using the most advanced technologies. Each bicycle, e-bike or bicycle part is tested according to the valid EN standards (14764-66, 72:2006, A1:2008, EN 15194). Additional tests are carefully performed at the independent labs.
Sourcing and purchasing experts in BALTIK VAIRAS manage a global network of suppliers. Willing to deliver the best service, in 2013 we established a local customer care centre for our German customers – BALTIK VAIRAS CYCLES (BVC) GmbH in Bielefeld.
