Bajío is the Spanish word for the shallows, that magical part of the ocean between land and the deep blue. The shoals, the reefs, the flats that lie just under the surface. The connection zone, teeming with life. These shallows are the world in which we are deeply rooted and from where we draw our inspiration. We believe in fishing.
