Babylon is a private credit fund and capital advisory service for well established businesses. On the advisory, we help businesses raise growth capital without the need for banks or investors. On the fund side, we deploy our capital directly to alternative lenders and participate at the deal level.
Advisory - Many businesses dont know what private credit opportunities might exist for them, given their current financing. Through our top-down analysis, we help you discover "best fit" capital based on your unique situation. Our financings can be in addition to, or in lieu of, existing financing. As performance based advisors, we only get paid if a client secures capital.
Typical financings include:
➤Term Loans
➤Bridge Loans
➤Lines of Credit
➤Asset Based Loans
➤Receivables Financing
➤Receivables Advances
Fund - On the fund side of operations, Babylon invests across the capital structures of alternative, non-bank financing institutions that originate Receivables Advances to US-based SMEs. We invest as a participant in each deal, assuming direct credit risk in the SMEs of America. Since inception, Babylon has deployed capital to 165 businesses through our network of strategically aligned, world class originating partners (many of which we send deals to on the advisory side).
