A&Y Partners is a small consultancy for owner-operated businesses. We learn how the business actually works, build the automation that takes the manual load off it, run it so it keeps working, and help the business grow. Most companies that look maxed out are not. What is full is the back office, not the market. Everyone who could be growing the business is busy keeping it running, and that work has deadlines while growth does not, so it wins every week. The hard part is not only the building. It is knowing what to build and what to leave as is. The personal side of a business is usually why a customer chose it over the bigger competitor, so that is the part we leave alone. We are not a software vendor and not a strategy shop. Nothing to license, nothing off a shelf, no roadmap handed over for someone else to execute. We build it, we run it, and we are still there months later when it needs to change. We take on a handful of businesses at a time, because being close to each one is the whole model. It also means we are honest about fit.
