Avant Health is an AI-native Third Party Benefits Administrator (TPA) that helps design and administer tailored health insurance plans for employers. By hyper personalizing down to the member level, we enable novel care delivery models. Our moonshot goal is to deliver affordable health coverage at scale, without sacrificing flexibility and personalization. Our AI-native approach enables us to automate a majority of TPA operations (with human oversight) so we can drive lower healthcare costs and better outcomes for employers and consumers.

2. New data & fintech tools will make traditional provider networks obsolete
3. Finding, receiving, & paying for care will be a unified & debt-free experience
4. AI is critical to delivering more personalization and lower costs, but responsible use of AI must include insight and observability.
5. TPAs should act as fiduciaries to a health plan. They must be transparent and act only on behalf of the health plan sponsor and its members.
