Athena Investments is a private investment vehicle that invests in UK businesses, where an owner is looking to exit and have revenues in excess of £2m. Whilst I am sector agnostic I have interest and expertise in : Construction Engineering Manufacturing Marketing/Advertising/PR Recruitment/HR/Staffing Training/Education Transport, Haulage, Logistics Business Investment I invest in companies were we can use our proven skills to add significant value. With businesses I have invested in I have a track record in delivering more profit quickly & increase the value of businesses usually between £750k-£1m within a 12-month period. I only work with companies we know we can help and can add significant value. I have personally completed over 40 transactions and been a joint venture partner and advisor on over a further 100. The largest business I have acquired is a £20m revenue profitable business. Typically we look at SMEs with revenues £4-10m.
