The company was established in 2004 by two individuals. In 2009 the multinational e-commerce company, Allegro Group acquired majority ownership in the firm, which is the Eastern European subsidiary of the South African Naspers media empire. In 2016 the Prague-based Rockaway group bought the Árukereső.hu, the Compari.ro and the Pazaruvaj.com price comparison sites from the Naspers group. Árukereső.hu has come a long way since listing the first few webshops on its site in 2004. Today, when it comes to online shopping, Internet users can choose from thousands of e-shops and from millions of offers on Árukereső. The mission of our company is to make products and prices easily and quickly comparable, which allows customers to choose the best offer based on their criteria. We also aim to popularize the economical and environment-friendly online shopping by creating positive shopping experience. We don’t react we make the change.
