The Arab Palestinian Investment Company (APIC) is a leading investment holding company that was founded by a number of Arab and Palestinian businessmen aiming at steering investments towards Palestine that ultimately contribute to building a viable Palestinian economy. APIC was established and registered in the British Virgins Island as a private shareholding company in 1994. In 1996, it was registered in Palestine as a foreign limited private shareholding company. APIC transformed into a foreign public shareholding company on 23 December 2013 and was listed on the Palestine Exchange on 2 March 2014. The company’s authorized capital is USD 125 million, while its paid-in capital is USD 105 million. APIC aims at providing superior products and services of quality and value leaving a positive and lasting impact in the market. APIC owns a group of subsidiaries operating across manufacturing, retail, distribution and services sectors with presence in Palestine, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq & Turkey. Subsidiaries of APIC offer a wide array of products and services through distribution rights agreements with multinational companies that include Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble, Kellogg's, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, XL Energy, Abbott, B. Braun, Eli Lilly, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi Aventis and Nivea, among many others APIC Subsidiaries: Manufacturing: 1- National Aluminum & Profile Company (NAPCO). 2- Siniora Food Industries Company (Siniora).
