AllRise is an organisation that uses the power of climate litigation to hold accountable those who knowingly and recklessly cause significant and widespread harm through environmental damage and to ensure that future acts of destruction are prevented or prosecuted. Yes, we are passionate environmentalists. But above all, we are strategists and tacticians striving to protect the climate through the use of existing legal tools and frameworks, and within a timeframe that actually matters.
AllRise is made up of recognised lawyers, scientists and environmental experts, communications specialists, financial engineers and entrepreneurs, all of whom have many years’ experience in their respective fields of expertise and are committed to taking responsibility for the future of our planet.
We are transforming AllRise from being a donation based NGO into a self-sustaining ecosystem that drives both impact and commercial cases, and will also launch the AllRise Incubator, which also develops the tools needed to pursue these cases.
This collaborative and entrepreneurial approach will enable us to respond quickly and flexibly by using the law when it comes to tackling todays urgent climate violations.
