Crafted at the Edge of Ritual and Rebellion
ALCHMY was born in Portland—not just in geography, but in spirit. A city where rain-soaked mornings collide with late-night edits, and clarity is chased one cup at a time. We’re not here to “just” roast coffee. We’re building fuel for the bold—for those who make, shape, and move culture forward.
ALCHMY is a union of precision roasting, obsessive craft, and the kinetic energy of adventure, design, and noise. We pull as much from live music and studio sessions as we do from third-wave cupping protocols. This isn’t coffee as background—it’s coffee as ignition.
FOR MAKERS, MISFITS, AND THOSE WHO CHASE MOMENTUM
We’re not here for everyone. We’re here for the ones who wake up before the light hits, who build before the world catches on. The designer pulling double shifts. The founder crashing deadlines. The filmmaker chasing golden hour. The grom paddling out at dawn.
Our coffee shows up where it matters—shared at sunrise on summit trails, brewed before big races, poured between sets, and passed around campfires. It’s been the first cup for ultramarathoners ahead of The Western States Endurance Run, a companion on alpine climbs in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, and part of the ritual for big wave surfers and photographers at Jaws in Maui. Whether you’re out in the field or deep in the zone, ALCHMY is built to fuel your next right step.
Every roast is small batch, ethically sourced, and obsessively dialed. Crafted for pour-overs in field kits and espressos in makeshift studios. No fluff. No filler. Just pure signal in a world of noise.
FUELED BY CULTURE. BUILT FOR THE FIELD.
Coffee isn’t the end. It’s the beginning.
This is ALCHMY.
Small batch. Bold moves.
