We buy enterprise NVIDIA GPU servers outright, install them on renewable power, and put them to work under long-term contracts. The hosting agreement is executed, the hardware is in production, and the capacity is already committed to an anchor customer under a signed multi-year contract. The revenue side was secured before the hardware was paid for.
The company exists because the scarce part of the AI stack is not models, it is compute that is well located, well priced and actually available. Most businesses have barely begun to adopt AI, and the models keep improving with every release. Demand for the hardware underneath is going in one direction. Owning that hardware outright and unlevered, with the rental income contracted in advance, is a different proposition from holding equity in the companies that rent it.
Where the machines sit is the reason the economics work. Geothermal and hydroelectric power is zero carbon at source and priced below continental Europe. Cold ambient air year round allows free air cooling and a power usage effectiveness of around 1.2, where the same machines in Frankfurt or Dublin run closer to 1.4 or 1.5. That gap is a permanent operating margin advantage, and it holds whether the market is running hot or cooling down.
