Our story begins with Richard Gunnels, a Missouri farmer whose family has been cultivating Macon County soil for over a century. While at first a skeptic, Richard’s impression of medical marijuana changed when he saw the positive impact it had on a few close friends and relatives who had been suffering from chronic conditions and terminal illnesses. After educating himself on the emerging medical marijuana industry, Richard knew that his agriculture experience and love of plant science made him well suited for medical marijuana cultivation. He brought together a team of marijuana industry veterans who shared his values to build a responsible and sustainable company that puts patients first, is bringing them the most trusted marijuana products in Missouri, and is positively impacting the community.
