With tens of thousands of members, the 8200 Alumni Association is a nonprofit with several fields of activity, including operating Israels top startup accelerators and largest tech community projects. The Alumni Association leverages its vast alumni network to operate a wide variety of programs, communities, networking events and community outreach projects for the benefit of the society, focusing on technological education, women leadership, diversity, underrepresented groups in tech, young entrepreneurship and career-development. עמותת בוגרי 8200 (ש.מ. 2 - ע"ר) אשר הוקמה בשנת 1989, פועלת במטרה לשמר את מורשת יחידה 8200, לתמוך בקהילת בוגרות בוגרי היחידה בחייהם האזרחיים – וכך, לרתום את רשת הבוגרים לטובת החברה הישראלית והציבור הרחב. בעמותה חברים אלפי בוגרות ובוגרי היחידה - חיילים, נגדים וקצינים, ותיקים וצעירים, מהדרום עד הצפון, בשלל מקצועות (מודיעין, טכנולוגיה ומטה). לעמותת בוגרי 8200 שלוש מטרות עיקריות: למען הבוגרים – גיבוש רשת בוגרי 8200 לאחר שחרורם מהיחידה, ומתן סיוע לבוגריה במגוון תחומים: נטוורקינג, סיוע במציאת תעסוקה, עידוד יזמות וסיוע כלכלי. למען החברה הישראלית – שימוש שימוש ברשת בוגרי 8200 לטובת קידום החברה הישראלית וסיוע לקהילה. זאת, במגוון תחומים לרבות יזמות, יזמות ועשייה חברתית, חינוך וקידום המגזר הערבי. שמירה על מורשת יחידה 8200 והנחלתה לבוגריה.
